Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of each Seaside Stitches piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each item is thoughtfully made to order with care and intention. At Seaside Stitches, each item purchased requires time to thoughtfully plan, design, and embroider. Please proofread spelling and typing for each item and ensure the correct shipping information is entered should you choose to ship your items. Customers are responsible for ensuring order information is accurate before placing an order. Seaside Stitches is not responsible for incorrect entries for names, monograms, sizes, colors, or any information that is entered prior to placing an order. At Seaside Stitches, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom embroidered pieces based on each customer’s unique selections. Please note that all design choices—including thread colors, fonts, monogram styles, and layout—are the responsibility of the customer at the time of order. While we are always happy to offer guidance or suggestions, final selections and approval remain with the customer. Due to variations in screen displays, lighting, fabric texture, and thread materials, the finished product may vary slightly from digital previews or expectations. These subtle differences are a natural part of the embroidery process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes cannot be made. Refunds, exchanges, or remakes will not be issued based on personal preference regarding selected colors, fonts, or monogram styles. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered production.
